3 months in!

Well, we've been here just over 3 months now and it's been a bit of a roller coaster ride the last few weeks. Maik has developed a virus which doesn't seem to want to go away. He is now at the end of his 2nd week not teaching. Hence my writing this and trying to keep you all updated ( :

Have added some photos of what has been happening over the last month.

The kids have been enjoying making new friends, some are here - Carys with Kiara, who lives here and Shannon who goes to school with her. And Benjie with Toby, brother to Jack and Ethan. Jack is in the same class as Carys as well. Carys and Benjie are in the pool with Emma Lapworth and Jack.

Maik celebrated his 40th with a meal out and a birthday tea at home with friends. The cake left him in no doubt as to how old he was!

Carys as you can see is enjoying horseriding a lot. She goes once a week to a local farm, for half an hour!

Zebe loves his food and is being as cute and messy as ever.

Anyway, let's hope Maik gets over this virus soon. Aside from his being ill, we are enjoying life here, and are amazed to think we will be coming back to the UK for Christmas in only about 5 weeks!
